The automatic heat shrinkable tube heating machine is a horizontal automatic heat shrinkable tube heating equipment. The operator can continuously feed the wire harness into the caterpillar conveyor system at the front end of the machine. The caterpillar can automatically transmit the wire harness, complete the heat shrinkable process through the heating zone, and then automatically cool and drop the material at the end of the caterpillar transmission system.
The heating time of the wire harness is realized by adjusting the speed of the wire beam through the heating area on the panel. The speed control adopts the computer controlled step motor with high precision, long service life and no maintenance. The heating temperature can be set on the control box panel of the back end of the machine. The OMRON equipment is used in the temperature controller. The temperature control accuracy and stability are fully guaranteed.
There is a complete protection and alarm function. It has corresponding control over motor stop, heating broken line, heating chamber opening, temperature exceeding limit, power supply mis-turn-off, working temperature deviation and so on. The machine time and quantity can be automatically recorded.
