Infrared radiation is a kind of invisible electrothermal radiation. Its wavelength range from 0.7-1000n (micron), between visible light and microwave, is called infrared, and because it is a kind of radiation wave, it is often called infrared radiation; it has strong penetrating power, it can reach the inner layer and surface simultaneously and dry at the same time. It can save about 30% electricity.

IR (infrared) tunnel furnace has the following 5 characteristics:
1, internal heating, because there is no surface conjunctival phenomenon, it can increase 2~3 times more efficiency, so as to achieve the effect of energy saving;
2. The production time is short, because the heating and drying efficiency is high, only a few minutes to complete, thus saving space and shortening the production process. The production stops and the heating can be relieved immediately so as to avoid bad products.
