The side heating is heated by upper and lower sides, mainly by auxiliary substrate heating. After the two materials are heated, the auxiliary material is automatically transferred to the positive heating plate, and the material is combined with the fabric. Then it is sent to the molding area. The press is pressed down and the mould is closed, and the pressure and molding time are controlled. The pressure is 7-15MPA, molding time is 40-90 seconds, and the cooling mode is taken out. It is transmitted by linear guide and rotary fixture. The upper part of the heating plate can be equipped with an automatic timing exhaust device to ensure clean air in the workshop.

The commonly used carpet interior fabric has pet needling carpet fabric and PA tufted carpet fabric. The pet needle punched carpet is widely used in various ordinary car carpets, suitcase carpets, wheel cover decorative plates, and so on. The tufted carpet fabric is meticulously textured and has a good appearance and texture for middle and high grade car interior accessories.
